In addition to our core wellbeing programmes, we provide Free NHS Health Checks for Plymouth businesses with over six employees aged 40 to 74.

Our workshops, offer current health and wellbeing information from third-party organisations.

For businesses located in Cornwall, we recommend engaging with the Healthy Cornwall: Workplace Health Programme. Currently, there does not appear to be a similar workplace health initiative available in Devon; however, Active Devon does offer various physical health programmes that may be of interest.
