Our training offer has a mixture of virtual and face-to-face sessions, with the majority being free of charge. For courses that require payment, we are competitively priced.

With a variety of core public courses and bespoke sessions, we aim to increase awareness around physical and mental health, allowing those who attend to support individuals in their workplaces and communities. We also offer workshops and e-learning that focus on health issues to promote awareness and healthier lifestyles.

    Join our new two-day Wellbeing Champion Training package that has been improved with your valuable feedback. Our training is delivered by experts in the field and focuses on promoting physical health and mental wellbeing messages within your business or community.

    The package includes essential training modules such as Making Every Contact Count, Connect 5 Session 1, and 4 Mental Health Emotional Resilience. Upon completion, you will be fully equipped to assume the role of a Wellbeing Champion, empowered to create a positive impact in the lives of those around you.

    Join our self-care course to increase your ability to cope with the emotional distress we all experience daily. You will explore how to improve your wellbeing and manage your emotions, as well as develop an understanding of wellbeing and resilience, through developing your own personal wellbeing plan.

  • Mental Health First Aid (MHFA)

    8-16 delegates are required for the course. Individuals must be 18 years old or older.

    To support and develop practical skills in recognising mental health trigger signs, confidence in guiding someone who needs support and understanding the factors that affect people’s wellbeing and mental health.

  • Mental Health First Aid Refresher Course

    8-16 delegates are required for the course. Individuals must be 18 years old or older – only available to those who have attended the MHFA 2-day course within the last three years.

    To empower Mental Health First Aiders® who have previously completed MHFA within the
    last 3 years. This course is a great way to demonstrate your commitment to treating mental health and physical health equally both in your workplace and out in the community.

  • Applied Suicide Intervention Skills (ASIST)

    10-30 delegates are required for the course. Individuals must be 16 years old or older.

    Join us for 2-days to become more confident and skilful in identifying risks to intervene and prevent the immediate risk of suicide.

  • SafeTALK

    Minimum of 10 to a course and a maximum of 30 delegates, ages 16 and over.

    Become a suicide-alert helper by building your skills and confidence in noticing the signs, being prepared to respond and support in situations where suicidal thoughts might be present.
