City College Plymouth is thrilled to celebrate its achievement of bronze status in the Wellbeing at Work Award program, reflecting its dedicated effort to enhance the health and wellbeing of its staff.
Attaining the Wellbeing at Work Bronze Award requires businesses to set up a working group, conduct workplace health needs assessment, empower wellbeing champions to support their colleagues in leading healthy lives and create an action plan. Throughout the process, they are guided by a Wellbeing at Work Advisor.
