Alstom Engineering and Services Ltd proudly announces its achievement of bronze status in the Wellbeing at Work Award program, demonstrating its commitment to enhancing the health and wellbeing of its employees.

To earn the Wellbeing at Work Bronze Award, organisations must establish a dedicated working group, conduct a thorough workplace health needs assessment, empower wellbeing champions to actively support their colleagues in leading healthier lives, and develop a robust action plan. Throughout this process, they benefit from the guidance of a Wellbeing at Work Advisor within the Wellbeing at Work team.

Greg Price, Health Improvement Manager at Livewell Southwest, stated:

“John and the team at Alstom have worked very hard to integrate the bronze award criteria into their health and wellbeing strategy. John’s commitment and passion for this work have been evident from the start, and we are delighted that they have achieved this award, showcasing the importance of staff wellbeing to them.”
