The Inclusivity Group is celebrating after achieving bronze status within the Wellbeing at Work Award programme and receiving recognition for its work to improve the health and wellbeing of its staff.
To achieve a Wellbeing at Work Bronze Award, businesses must set up a working group, carry out a workplace health needs assessment, establish wellbeing champions who are responsible for helping colleagues stay healthy, and create an action plan. Throughout the process, they are supported by a Wellbeing at Work Advisor.
Jennifer Jenkins, Specialist Health Improvement Practitioner, at Livewell Southwest, said:
“The Inclusivity Group has shown their commitment to staff health and wellbeing through a monthly staff steering group, a monthly wellbeing staff check-in, an annual health needs assessment, and establishing wellbeing champions. A wealth of health and wellbeing activities occur regularly, including a yearly team away day, office colouring books and games, and implementing the Employee Assistance Programme.”
“We have loved setting up and implementing the wellbeing at workgroup and have found the effects of the group to be rippling through every aspect of the business! We look forward to working towards our Silver and Gold Awards.” – Neve Holland, Client Experience Co-Ordinator and Team Leader, The Inclusivity Group.
Wellbeing at Work looks forward to continuing to work alongside The Inclusivity Group and supporting them with staff health and wellbeing, and with Wellbeing at Work Silver and Gold Awards.
